  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and protective box to ensure the crystals are shielded from negative energy and physical damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your eco-friendly mailing envelope.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
